Lori is the President and founder of Above The Line Inc. She is a senior management consultant with broad experience in the areas of strategic planning, leadership development, process improvement and revenue generation.

Lori has a successful track record working with large multi-national conglomerates involved in the manufacturing and sale of: food and beverage, forest products, industrial products, multimedia news, shipbuilding, and financial services. As well as with emerging technology companies and SMEs.

She has a strong entrepreneurial background as the co-founder and former managing partner of Peak Adventures International Inc. an adventure based learning company, and Finnamore Weir Inc. a management consulting firm.

Lori is known for her ability to connect with people at every level in an organization and for her unwavering focus on results. These abilities make her equally effective in the boardroom and on the front line..

Lori is a LeanSigma Blackbelt, and a Certified Human Resource Professional, experienced in building effective organizational structures, processes and people for both her clients and her community. She is the past Chair of the ALS Society of Canada.

Anil works with executive teams to build the strategic plan and cultural orientation for the organization and help middle level leaders translate the strategic plans into execution plans. He leads complex cross-functional problem solving, transformational process redesign exercises, and enables organizations through Lean and Six Sigma training.

Anil has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario; M.Sc. in Business Research from the Rotman School, University of Toronto; Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Academy, Scottsdale, Arizona and is a certified administrator of the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicators. Anil is currently a doctoral research scholar at the Rotman School, University of Toronto.

Kendall has broad range of experience serving as an executive and senior manager in the private and public sector. He spent several years in various senior leadership and technology roles at the Canada Revenue Agency. After leaving the Agency, Kendall went on to serve as an executive and a co-founder of three technology companies.
