Create a consistent approach to leadership for JD Irving’s eight divisions.
For four years Leadership training and coaching was provided to JD Irving’s eight divisions, where annually over five hundred employees were trained in: communication, conflict management, supervisory skill building, emotional mastery, understanding self and others, time management and team leadership.
The core work with JD Irving, Limited focused on creating a coaching culture, working with all levels of leadership to align coaching activities to key business metrics. This included certifying over 200 coaches in the PEAK behavioural coaching method. Certification was awarded after successfully completing 2 days of training, 12 hours of 1-1 and group coaching, as well as, enacting 3 coaching plans with employees.
